3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms

Wagering Requirements

Collusion and Match Fixing

e777e reserves the right to void bets, suspend accounts, and recover funds in all cases where prohibited activity is reasonably suspected, pending the outcome of an internal investigation. Decisions made by e777e's risk and compliance team are final in such matters.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the e777e platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, game artwork, interface designs, text, video streams, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of e777e or its licensed content providers. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification, or public display of any such content is prohibited. Specifically:

• You may not scrape, copy, or mirror any portion of the e777e website or app for commercial or non-commercial purposes.
• You may not use e777e's brand name or logo in any external media, advertisement, or publication without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

e777e provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take every reasonable step to maintain service uptime, security, and integrity, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. e777e shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from: service interruptions, technical errors, miscommunication, third-party payment failures, or any other issue beyond our reasonable control.

In all cases, e777e's maximum aggregate liability to any player for any claim shall be limited to the total net deposits made by that player in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination and Account Closure

e777e reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time if we determine, at our sole discretion, that a player has violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other users.

• Upon voluntary account closure requested by the player, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
• Accounts closed due to verified fraud, bonus abuse, or repeated T&C violations will have all balances forfeited without refund.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of any dispute, disagreement, or claim arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of the e777e platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation via our customer support channel at [email protected].

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of first contact, either party may escalate the matter to the appropriate dispute resolution body. e777e's decision on all in-game disputes — including game outcomes, wager settlements, and bonus eligibility determinations — shall be considered final unless demonstrable technical error is proven.

12. Miscellaneous Provisions

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, it shall be severed from these terms without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific promotional terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and e777e with respect to your use of the platform. Any prior agreements, representations, or understandings (whether oral or written) relating to the same subject matter are superseded by this document. e777e's failure to enforce any right or provision in these terms on one occasion shall not be construed as a waiver of that right or provision going forward.
